Limitation: The maximum number of pilots participating in the competition is 100 Entry fee: 220 euros per pilot The entry fee includes: Transport to takeoff and recycling on the main routes for all competition days Emergency rescue and emergency medical services Upload GPS coordinates for turning points GPS trajectory recording download Competitor and Paragliding logo Local map ID card and security/contact information (pilot card) Lunch bag and water Competition souvenirs Free participation in all activities and gatherings Free internet access (WiFi) at headquarters Free SIM card for international pilots Refund Policy: ·1 Pilots who want to cancel their registration should do so as soon as possible. ·2 Pilots who cancel 45 days before the event can request a refund of the registration fee ·3 Cancellation within 45 days before the event will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. ·4 Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the event will not result in a refund. ·5 In the event of injury, if medical proof is provided or other circumstances beyond the control of the pilot, the refund will be determined based on the specific situation. ·6 If the event is cancelled, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded to the pilot. 5. Insurance The organizer requires Chinese/English documentary evidence of the following: Effective personal Accidental death and dismemberment insurance for Paragliding competitions. The insurance must include a minimum cost of 5000 euros for repatriation to the country of origin, medical evacuation (helicopter flight), and a minimum medical fee of 75000 euros if necessary.
