We have recently received feedback from several customers regarding a compatibility issue with the metal connecting component on the main unit of our paragliding simulator.

After investigation, we have confirmed that this problem was caused by our component supplier switching to a smaller‑size version of this metal connector. Due to insufficient inspection on our side, this issue has occurred, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has brought to you.

For all end‑users and distributors who have purchased the simulator, please get in touch with our team. We will arrange complimentary replacement connectors to be sent to you.
