Shipping and Stock Info

We appreciate you ordering from us and will fulfill your order as quickly as possible.Our website is currently set up to accept orders from and ship to the following zones:USA/Canada/UK/France/Germany/Australia/Italy/Spain/Netherlands/Austria/Poland（Excluding remote areas and some islands）

When in stock, CHINA approx 2-3 workdays, other countries About 7 to 14 days

Order despatch & delivery times (general)

Once we receive your confirmed order and payment has cleared, assuming everything you’ve ordered is in stock, we’d usually ship your order within 3 CHINA business days.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Custom orders or specialist items may take longer.

Shipping process: domestic express(3D) – international express(7D-14D) – door-to-door delivery

Out of stock items

For out of stock items we may deliver what we have in stock now and then send the out of stock item when it arrives. You may also be given a choice to change the out of stock item for another item (any difference in price will be payable or refundable) or to cancel your complete order with us and be refunded in full.

Deliveries shipped using tracked & signed-for services

For most deliveries we use a tracked and signed-for service, ensuring a swifter and more reliable service to you with proof of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped a shipment confirmation email including tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Please ensure someone is present at the shipping address to receive your parcel when it arrives.

We cannot control delivery times, which are down to the shipping service making the delivery.

Shipping costs

We do our best to provide you with the best service we can and keep shipping costs down whilst keeping our small business viable.

We are a small team so don’t have the manpower to process many small orders, so our shipping costs are designed to encourage customers to place fewer and larger orders, which is viable for us.

Shipping costs for CHINA orders

For orders sent within the CHINA, we offer free delivery.

Shipping costs for international orders (non-CHINA)

For orders sent outside the CHINA, the shipping cost is usually €10-€30/KG (we will refund you in remote areas).

We will contact you to confirm the shipping cost for if you are no longer in the delivery area.

Actual shipping costs shown in checkout before payment

Actual shipping costs are calculated by the total order and your shipping address, and will be shown in the checkout before the payment stage.

To know the shipping cost before you confirm your order and make payment:

1. Add all the items you want to order to your Basket.
2. Click the shopping cart icon then Proceed to Checkout.
3. This takes you to Your Basket. Check all then click Proceed to Checkout.
4. For the Delivery Address, under Address Search click ‘Enter address manually’.
5. Select the Country for the Delivery Address.
6. Under ‘Delivery Methods’ it will show the shipping cost in € Euro Sterling .
